• Online Visa Application and Schedule appointment for Visa
• Preparing visa application Form
• Checking all necessary documents to complete

Necessary Documents

• Passport Original (at least 6months Valid), If you have previous passport, please provide original and copy
• (3) Color photos with white background & without glasses 2” x 2” (within 6 months taken)
• Identity Card (Myanmar copy + Notary original)
• Census List (Myanmar copy + Notary original)
• Business License or Company License from DICA (Myanmar copy + Notary original)
• Land Properties (or) Apartment (or) Condo (Myanmar copy + Notary original)
• Bank account (at least 6 months transaction with at least 100 lakhs balance for 1 person) If it is current account, please provide 6 months transaction statement.
• Marriage Certificate if you and your spouse have different household list (Myanmar copy + Notary original)
• If you are retired, please provide retirement letter (Myanmar copy + Notary original)
• If you are a doctor, please provide medical license (Myanmar copy + Notary original)
• If you are a student, please provide student ID and recommendation from school or college (Myanmar copy + Notary original)
• Visa service only applicant need to give Hotel Booking & Flight Booking

အမေရိကန် ဗီဇာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု

သံရုံးဝင်သည့် ရက်တွင် လူကိုယ်တိုင်ဝင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးရန် မူရင်းစာရွက်စာတမ်းများကိုပါ တစ်ပါတည်း ယူဆောင်သွားရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

ဗီဇာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွင် ပါဝင်သည့် အရာများ

• Online Visa Application Form နှင့် သံရုံးတွင် Interview ဝင်ရန် Appointment ယူပေးခြင်း
• ဗီဇာဖောင်ဖြည့်ပေးခြင်း
• လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စစ်ဆေးပေးပြီး ဗီဇာဝင်ရန် အသင့် ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း

လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းမျာ

• Passport မူရင်း (၆ လ သက်တမ်းရှိရမည်) (Passport အဟောင်းရှိလျှင် အဟောင်း၏ မိတ္တူလည်း လိုအပ်ပါသည်)
• (၆) လအတွင်း ရိုက်ကူးထားသော ကာလာဓါတ်ပုံ (၂) ပုံ ၊ မျက်မှန်တပ်၍မရိုက်ရပါ၊ (နောက်ခံ ကာလာ အဖြူ 2” x 2” ပတ်လည်)
• မှတ်ပုံတင် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မူရင်း)
• သန်းခေါင်စာရင်း (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မူရင်း)
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဝန်ကြီးဌာန မှ ထုတ်ပေးထားသော လုပ်ငန်းလိုင်စင် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မူရင်း) (သို့) DICA မှ ထုတ်ပေးသော ကုမ္ပဏီ လိုင်စင်
• အိမ်၊ ခြံ၊ မြေဂရံ အမည်ပေါက်ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု (သို့) အမည်မပေါက်ပါက အရောင်းအဝယ် စာချုပ် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မူရင်း)
• Bank စာအုပ် မိတ္တူ ၊ မြန်မာ account (သို့) နိုင်ငံခြား account လက်ခံပါသည်။ Transition ကောင်းပြီး update ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။ Current account ဖြစ်ပါက (၆ လစာ statement)
• ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ အငြိမ်းစားများအတွက် အမိန့် ကြေငြာစာ (သို့) Pension Book (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မူရင်း)
• ဆရာဝန်ဖြစ်လျှင် ဆ/မ လက်မှတ် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မူရင်း)
• ဇနီးမောင်နှံများ သန်းခေါင်စာရင်း မတူလျှင် လက်ထပ်စာချုပ် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မူရင်း)
• ဗီဇာသီးသန့်လျှောက်ထားသော ဧည့်သည်များအနေဖြင့်ဟိုတယ် ဘိုကင် ၊ လေယာဉ်အသွားအပြန် ဘိုကင် တင်ပြပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
