• Filling up online visa application form
• Making visa appointment
• Checking all necessary documents and attached in order

Necessary Documents

• Passport Original (at least 6months Valid), If you have previous passport, please provide original and copy
• (2) Color photos with white background 1.5 inch x 2 inch (within 6 months taken)
• Identity Card (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• Census List (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• Business License or Company License from DICA (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• Tax payment slip (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• Land Properties (or) Apartment (or) Condo (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• Bank account (at least 6 months transaction with at least 100 lakhs balance for 1 person) If it is current account, please provide 6 months transaction statement.
• Marriage Certificate if you and your spouse have different household list (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• If you are retired, please provide retirement letter (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• If you are a doctor, please provide medical license (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• If you are a student, please provide student ID and recommendation from school or college (Myanmar copy + Notary copy)
• Visa service only applicant need to give Hotel Booking & Flight Booking

သံရုံးဝင်သည့် ရက်တွင် လူကိုယ်တိုင်ဝင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ဗီဇာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွင် ပါဝင်သည့် အရာများ

• Online ဗီဇာဖောင်ဖြည့်ပေးခြင်း
• Online မှ ဗီဇာဝင်ရန် appointment ယူပေးခြင်း
• လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စစ်ဆေးပေးပြီး ဗီဇာဝင်ရန် အသင့် ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း

လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ

• Passport မူရင်း ( ၆ လ သက်တမ်းရှိရမည်) (Passport အဟောင်းရှိလျှင် အဟောင်း၏ မိတ္တူလည်း လိုအပ်ပါသည်)
• (၆) လအတွင်း ရိုက်ကူးထားသော ကာလာဓါတ်ပုံ (၂) ပုံ၊ (နောက်ခံ ကာလာ အဖြူ 3.5 x 4.5 cm ပတ်လည်)
• မှတ်ပုံတင် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မိတ္တူ)
• သန်းခေါင်စာရင်း (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မိတ္တူ)
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဝန်ကြီးဌာန မှ ထုတ်ပေးထားသော လုပ်ငန်းလိုင်စင် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မိတ္တူ) (သို့) DICA မှ ထုတ်ပေးသော ကုမ္ပဏီ လိုင်စင်
• လုပ်ငန်းအခွန်ဆောင်ထားသော ငွေသွင်းချလံ အနည်းဆုံး နောက်ဆုံး (၃ နှစ်) အတွက် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မိတ္တူ)
• အိမ်၊ ခြံ၊ မြေဂရံ အမည်ပေါက်ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု (သို့) အမည်မပေါက်ပါက အရောင်းအဝယ် စာချုပ် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မိတ္တူ)
• Bank စာအုပ် မိတ္တူ ၊ မြန်မာ account (သို့) နိုင်ငံခြား account လက်ခံပါသည်။ Transition ကောင်းပြီး update ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
  Current account ဖြစ်ပါက (၆ လစာ statement)
• ဌာနဆိုင်ရာ အငြိမ်းစားများအတွက် အမိန့် ကြေငြာစာ (သို့) Pension Book (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မိတ္တူ)
• ဆရာဝန်ဖြစ်လျှင် ဆ/မ လက်မှတ် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မိတ္တူ)
• ဇနီးမောင်နှံများ သန်းခေါင်စာရင်း မတူလျှင် လက်ထပ်စာချုပ် (မြန်မာ မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မိတ္တူ)
• ကျောင်းသူ/ကျောင်းသား အရွယ်ကလေးများ ဖြစ်ပါက ကျောင်းသားကဒ် မိတ္တူ (သို့) ကျောင်းထောက်ခံစာ (မြန်မာကျောင်းဖြစ်ပါက Notary မိတ္တူ နှင့် တွဲတင်ပြရပါမည်။)
• သန်းခေါင်းစာရင်းပါ မိသားစုဝင်ရင်းချာများ၏ Passport ပထမစာမျက်နှာ(မိဘ/သားသမီး/အိမ်ထောင်ဖက်)
• အသက် ၁၈နှစ်အောက်ကလေးဖြစ်ပါက မိဘ မှခရီးသွားခွင့်ပြုကြောင်းစာနှင့် မွေးစာရင်း မိတ္တူ နှင့် Notary မူရင်း ၊ မိတ္တူ
• သူများထောက်ပံ့စရိတ်ဖြင့်လည်ပတ်မည်ဆိုပါက ထိုထောက်ပံ့ပေးသူ၏ အလုပ်အကိုင် ဝင်ငွေ ခိုင်မာသော အသက်မွေးကြောင်းရပ်တည်မှုဖြင့်ဆက်စပ်သည်များအားလုံး (လုပ်ငန်း/ဘဏ်စသည်တို့ အစအဆုံးပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်)
• ဗီဇာသီးသန့်လျှောက်ထားသော ဧည့်သည်များအနေဖြင့်ဟိုတယ် ဘိုကင် ၊ လေယာဉ်အသွားအပြန် ဘိုကင် တင်ပြပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
